Box pricing
Box pricing structure follows a per-feature model, meaning the company charges clients based on the number of users and the functionality they use. Basically, the Box cost varies depending on the number of integrations, security features, and advanced capabilities provided. The available plans are separated into two categories — individual and business — with the prices as follows.
Individual and team plans
These include three plans, including a free Individual plan, Personal Pro for $10 per user, and Starter which costs $5 per user a month, with a minimum of three users.
Business plans
For organizations, there are four price options: Business, Business Plus, Enterprise, and a new plan — Enterprise Plus. The first three have a per-user, per-month payment model with monthly or yearly billing options.
- The Business subscription costs $16 per month per user, with a minimum of three users, a 5GB file upload limit, and unlimited storage capacity.
- The Enterprise plan price is starting at $35 per user a month, with three users minimum. However, depending on the sector and the project’s characteristics, users may find other plans more suited to their needs.
- The pricing of Enterprise Plus is on a custom-quote basis.
The Box data room provider offers new customers a 14-day free trial period. All products, starting with the Starter plan, have a test mode that includes all instruments and full capacity. Within 14 days, users can also upgrade between packages. Users are not bound to use Box services after the trial period has ended if they cancel before the 14-day mark.
